North side went above and beyond to get my car done as fast as they could. When I got the car back you couldn't even tell anything was wrong with it.

Someone hit my bumper when my car was parked.....I dropped off my car on a Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday morning. They even detailed my car!! I have a 2016 Civic Touring and it looked better than when it rolled off the truck new! Customer service gets a 10plus!!! I highly recommend them for auto body and detailing.... FABULOUS is all I can say!

Had Northside Auto recommended to me after hitting a deer and trashing the front of my car. They went above and beyond my expectations, and returned my car to me looking as good as the day I drove it off the lot, both inside and out. Staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience super smooth and easy. Will definitely be recommending them to people in the future.

My car was scratch bad on the right passenger side both doors. But the front couldn't open. A family friend requested me to Northside Auto Shop to get my car fixed. I dropped my car off dirty too. When they where done fixing it, I got my car brand new and they washed my car too. They kept me updated on what is happening with my car. Amazing service.

I highly recommend Northside Auto Body. They were extremely helpful and their service, repairs and body work were of high quality.

Had collision repair, that was not our fault, performed here. I was truly happy with the work they did, car looked almost new, very clean when they returned it to us! They are super friendly and great service and kept us in the loop along the way... They left little useful goodies in the car for us, ie a nice new umbrella! Highly recommend!!!

My experience with Northside Auto Body was great from start to finish. The day after our accident they were able to inspect our car without an appointment and accepted our car that day. They guided me on our insurance and rental car options, and were just incredibly friendly and knowledgeable through the entire process, keeping me up to date on what the status of my car was the entire time. I believe their final estimate even came in slightly lower than my insurance inspector. Their work on the car was fantastic...I got it back looking like new, and they even fully detailed the car before I picked it up.

My wife's Porsche Macan was backed into while parked. Luckily the other driver did the right thing and called the police, so getting it covered by their insurance was a piece of cake. Once that was established, I called the body shop I have always used (not Northside), but they couldn't fix it for over 6 weeks. Wanting it fixed much sooner than that, I called Northside Auto Body. Hadn't used them prior, but the reviews were good. And now I see why. On top of doing excellent work, in a reasonable timeframe, and when I wanted it done, everyone I spoke with there was extremely professional and friendly. The car looks perfect, and my wife is very happy again. Bad news for my old body shop, as Northside just became my new body shop.
